Refund Policy

If you need to cancel a session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to receive an account credit for the full value of that session. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may not be eligible for credit.

Credits are applied to your MARNEY'S account and may be used toward any of our services, including tutoring, camps, clubs, and enrichment programs. All credits must be used by December 31, 2026.

If MARNEY'S cancels a session due to unforeseen circumstances or educator unavailability, we will provide a full credit or reschedule at no additional cost.

If a student does not attend without prior notice, the session is not eligible for credit.

Credit requests can be made by phone or email. If you have concerns about the quality of our services, please contact us directly so we can resolve them.

This policy applies to bookings made on or after August 13, 2026. Bookings made before that date are governed by the policy in effect at the time of booking.
