Cancellation by Client: If you need to cancel a tutoring session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Cancellation by MARNEY'S: In the rare event that we need to cancel a tutoring session due to unforeseen circumstances or tutor unavailability, we will provide a full refund or offer to reschedule the session at no additional cost to you.
Refund Requests: Refund requests must be made by contacting us directly via phone or email. Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.
No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend a scheduled tutoring session without prior notice, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the quality of our tutoring services, please contact us to discuss your concerns. We are committed to resolving any issues to ensure your satisfaction.
